1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "phlgo," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phlgo gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities providing gaming services through phlgo.cam.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the phlgo platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the user profile created upon registration, including all associated login credentials, wallet balances, and transaction history.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, payment processing, customer support, and ancillary services provided by phlgo.
• "Platform" refers to the phlgo website accessible at phlgo.cam, including all pages, subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and associated digital infrastructure.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency accepted for deposits, withdrawals, and wagering on the phlgo platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

2.1 Minimum Age

Use of the phlgo platform for real-money gaming is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of account registration. This age requirement is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.

2.2 Age Verification

phlgo requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures, which include submission of government-issued identification documents. Users who fail to provide valid proof of age, or who are found to have misrepresented their age, will have their accounts immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

2.3 Geographic and Legal Restrictions

Users must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and during gameplay. The phlgo platform is intended exclusively for Filipino residents and citizens. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to obscure your true location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming does not violate any applicable local, provincial, or national laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Obligations

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the phlgo platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phlgo account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identification documents — is prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlgo login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally.

You agree to notify phlgo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. phlgo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals, account suspension, or termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phlgo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion services are provided by phlgo.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Users may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings as part of phlgo's responsible gaming programme. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours. Decrease of deposit limits takes effect immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. phlgo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers and GCash/Maya, and up to five (5) business days for cryptocurrency withdrawals, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to an account in the same name as the registered phlgo account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. phlgo reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if the account has not met applicable wagering requirements, if suspicious activity is detected, or if KYC verification is incomplete.

4.5 Fees

phlgo does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method selected. Fee schedules are published on the phlgo platform and may be updated from time to time at phlgo's sole discretion.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and offers provided by phlgo are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are published on the phlgo platform at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x, 40x) before they can be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in the applicable bonus terms.

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

phlgo reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other users.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the phlgo platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. phlgo does not manipulate game results. Game outcome data is stored and may be audited by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlgo platform:

• Use of bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Using the phlgo platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing

phlgo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed by the user or by phlgo customer support during the active exclusion period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phlgo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of phlgo or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phlgo platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create deriv ative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the phlgo platform without prior written consent from phlgo.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

phlgo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phlgo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phlgo cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

phlgo does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond phlgo's control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events.

10.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlgo's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the phlgo platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusions

phlgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phlgo platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

phlgo is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All users are subject to KYC verification procedures. phlgo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during account registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. phlgo is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by phlgo

phlgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Detection of account sharing, multiple account registration, or collusion.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your phlgo account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC verification and withdrawal of any remaining balance, subject to applicable terms and verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phlgo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the phlgo platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Where changes are material, phlgo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or on-platform notification.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to phlgo's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes related to gaming outcomes or platform operations, users may also seek recourse through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channels.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the phlgo Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phlgo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
