The phlgo platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. phlgo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, we will immediately close the associated account and delete the relevant data, subject to any legal obligation to retain records of the violation.
